How we prefer to work
Write it down
Scope, changes and decisions are recorded, so nobody depends on anyone's memory of a call.
Make the work visible
You can read the repository and try working software throughout the project.
Say what we are not
We are not your lawyers, your auditors or your investment advisers. We tell you when you need one.
Plan for the handover
Another team should be able to pick up what we build. That is the standard we document to.
Tell us what you want to build.
A few lines are enough. We reply in writing with questions.
